A former staffer of VP and potential presidential candidate Kamala Harris spoke with the Daily and describes Harris as a “monster” who bullied new staffers and women in particular.

The staffer who has requested to remain unnamed says that Harris was “chaotic and unpredictable” often lashing out at random.

“She would scream at us if the coffee didn’t have enough sugar or cream in it. She would get up in the faces of staffers and point at us, one of the other new hires cried and was hospitalized for a manic episode after she (Harris) called her a ‘incompetent fool’ for not putting enough inspiring quotes in her daily draft for the speech scheduled that afternoon at the Michie Stadium.” she described.

The staffer also insinuated that Harris loved being the ‘It girl’ and embraced her role as the ‘mean girl’ often hazing new hires and specifically targeting young women who worked for her.

“It was like if you were taking care of yourself or considered to be pretty or even if you were just younger, she (Harris) would just try to embarrass you or humiliate you for some perceived misstep. It was like walking on eggshells.”

The aggrieved staffer also says that Harris thinks of Black people as “simplistic and gullible” and “easy to manipulate” among other insults.

“She always wanted her scheduling team to reach out to rappers or social media voices because she was confident that she could win the Black community’s vote without offering anything other than the typical slogans as long as she could have entertainers or rappers supporting her because she thinks Black people are stupid.” the staffer laments.

When asked if Ms. Harris had ever explicitly insulted the Black community in front of staff the young aide said that she had.

“She said the Black community was simple minded and that’s the reason we haven’t made progress and she stressed that as long as she could get rappers and singers to support her that it would be easy for the community fall in line. And just the way that she talked about herself as separate from the whole community like she really wasn’t even Black.”

During her time as Vice President under Joe Biden, Kamala Harris’ office faced a 92% turnover rate, with only four of the initial 71 staffers hired by Harris during her first year in office still remaining in a job.

“She knows that she makes people quit and that’s her goal. She even has some enforcers like Symone (Former White House aide Symone Sanders) and Tina (Harris Chief of Staff Tina Flournoy) who will blame you for a mistake that Kamala makes and will reinforce whatever messed up dictate she would decide on that day.”

When asked what she would tell voters who aren’t familiar with Ms. Harris’s background the young aide state that it’s important to have all the facts before making a decision on election day.

“I won’t say who I’m voting for, but I think people should know what kind of person Kamala is behind closed doors, and what she really thinks about the Black community.”
