Kamala Harris proclaims to be tough on crime, but she seems to only be tough on one crime and that’s the crime of being Black.

Cheree Peoples has been candid about her experience dealing with prosecutor Kamala Harris firsthand.

“She was horrible.” she says in her interview with Judge Joe Brown.

“I received a notice from Kamala’s office due to my daughter’s truancy despite my continual submission of documents proving her sickle cell diagnosis and then I received a call notifying me for a warrant for my arrest.” she said.

People’s daughter has incurable disease known as sickle cell anemia, a painful disease that causes blood cells to harden often leading to seizures, lupus, inflammation, organ failure and strokes.

“Because of Kamala’s prosecution I was arrested for my child missing school due to her seizures.” she said.

Cheree says thanks to Kamala she lost her job and home and has gone through hell ever since.

“I lost my job because of the record that Kamala had put on me and soon after that I lost my house. It made trying to get medical help for my daughter that much harder.”

She has been experiencing homelessness in the last decade often living with family and friends or residing with her daughter at a shelter.

“I had no wheelchair for her, I had to carry my daughter up my back.”

Jude Joe Brown was furious.

“Ms. People’s you need to go to the California bar to take action against Ms. Harris’s law license. Because what happened here was totally unethical and totally unacceptable. I’m appalled that after my decades of working in this business someone who has managed to run for the presidency who assumed the responsibilities of the office that she had but carried this out.” he said.

When questioning possible compensation for Ms. People’s Judge Brown insisted that she needed to get an attorney to support a sponsorship for a private act that can be submitted to California legislator in hopes of petitioning the session for compensation.
