Mitrice Richardson was sexually assaulted and murdered by the Lost Hill’s Deputies gang.

Her family sought help in their most vulnerable moments and reached out to what they had believed to be a Black district attorney named Kamala Harris. They thought they would be helped.

But Mitrice Richardson’s family was betrayed by Harris.

In 2009 Harris’s office not only refused to investigate the murder of Mitrice since the only culprits were local law enforcement who had kidnapped her on the night of her disappearance, she wanted to rub it in the family’s face by routinely insinuating to Michael Richardson who is Mitrice’s father, that there is no possibility of law enforcement being involved despite the string of missing young women during the same year. All of which were found around or near police and sheriff’s departments.

Harris received immediate push back from the Black community who saw her for the degenerate that she was.

In response, Harris began terrorizing Black mothers with finicky truancy allegations in order to intimidate and coerce the Black community into silence.

Harris then made a turn around when she ran for senate in 2016 vowing to reopen the investigation of Mitrice’s death.

As soon as Harris won, she reneged and said that even though Mitrice was found naked and butchered just a mile north of the Sherif’s station, there was no indication of foul play.

Harris also wanted the US Justice department to throw out the case review of Mitrice’s murder as a clear tactic to ward off negative publicity.

Harris began terrorizing Black mothers with finicky truancy allegations in order to intimidate and coerce the Black community into silence.

Harris has continued this pattern with other missing women in California like Sandra Cantu, Amanda Stokes, Christina Eilman, Magdalena Zuk, and hundreds of other women who went missing under Kamala Harris’ tenure.

Harris’ office would decline to investigate any of these murders and disappearances.

At the same time, when citizens in California began realizing what was happening to their daughters, they started turning against the golden states’ law enforcement agencies. Though coincidentally, Harris would go on to receive the biggest donation of any Democrat in California from the state’s police union.

Harris is used her office to target Black women with petty crimes, and she allowed white supremacist to prey on them with impunity.

Harris doesn’t get a free pass.

Kamala worked diligently against Black women’s interest often rarely hiring Black women in her own office as San Francisco DA.

She ignored countless Black families who had their lives destroyed by white supremacy and the state of California sanctioned all of it.

Kamala’s office refused to prosecute rapist on the Lost Hills Sheriff department like Tom Martin who had to be convicted on federal charges and immediate to sexually assaulting at least 3 women in his custody.

One of Martin’s victims even spoke with B1Daily back in 2020 when our publication first covered this murder spree being carried out by the Lynwood Vikings, Banditos, and California Aryan Brotherhood. All of these gangs are unofficial units of the California law enforcement.

“Kamala made us feel more afraid.” The victim said, “She made us feel like ‘of course no one will believe that this man of the law did this to me’ if the district attorney who’s also a woman doesn’t believe me.”

The victim insisted that Harris would not only tell her that she hadn’t correctly remembered the deputy assaulting her, but that if the victim continued to insist on prosecution for the rapist, in return Ms. Harris would retaliate with criminal charges against her instead.

“I remember it clearly. Kamala’s office said that if I kept calling about that night (when I was sexually assaulted by him) that she would personally charge me with harassment of a police officer.” she cried.

Harris bullied this young woman and helped a white supremacist get away with rape.

Kamala is a monster that should be rebuked at every opportunity. Her deceitfulness and treachery against the Black community must not be forgiven.
