The acquittal of Daniel Penny in New York marked a turning point in the United States. For the last decade the Black community has seen a resurgence in political power and social capital.

In a predictable nationwide tantrum, white America has not only come together to rally against Black human rights projects such as reparations for the decedents of Freedmen, preventing white companies from poisoning Black residents’ water systems, and arguing that no company should hire Black people, but white Americans also began regularly attacking Black civilians in retaliation to the racial progress being made by Black people.

From Dillion Roof, Peyton Gendron, Ethan Crumbley, Nathan Allen, Ryan Christopher Palmeter, Kyle Rittenhouse, Sean Grayson, Daniel Penny, there’s a never ending line of white supremacist preparing to attack vulnerable Black civilians and attorneys that have helped get them free are just as guilty in helping them violate Black citizens’ human rights.

White Americans began regularly attacking Black civilians in retaliation to the racial progress being made by Black people.

The ‘Penny Effect’ is a real-life representation of this trend. A white vigilante attacks a Black civilian, murders them on camera, a district attorney works to keep the white offender out of prison, and when predictably acquitted for murder, white society as a group praises the killing of US citizens.

The US has no right to command the rest of the world when it supports white identity extremist.

For all of the police brutality the EU show’s its Black population, its never went out of its way to demonstrate this level of horror and mass killing of its Black citizens.

More so, white America either turn a blind eye towards the growing incidents of white terrorist attacks against the Black populace or openly support it.

Since 2020, there has been at least 5 terrorist attacks against America’s Black populace every year, marking a all-time high since the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has started taking statistics. The FBI has a long history of attacking the Black community, and even their statistics can’t hide the obvious.

White terrorism is at an all time high, and Daniel Penny’s acquittal is representative of that.

In New York last week a white-identifying Latino migrant burned a woman to death.

The FBI has a long history of attacking the Black community.

New York’s correction ‘officers’ for Marcy prison tortured and beat a man to death but New York is not only protecting these men’s identities from the public, but also offered them paid leave on the tax payer dollar.

America’s terrorism of its Black citizens is further proof that is not worthy of leading the rest of civilized society.
