Following another high profile beating of a white person by Black Americans for saying racial slurs, President Donald Trump has decided to get the US National Guard involved in patrolling Washington, DC.

On Monday morning, President Trump said that he’s taking over Washington’s police department and activating 800 members of the National Guard.

Trump’s odd pivot to focusing on “crime” is predictable, as it comes during investigations into his personal relationship with billionaire pedophile Jefferey Epstein, and Trump’s own past allegations of sexual depravity or misconduct. 

Attorney General Pam Bondi, a woman with her own list of legal violations, is set to head the Metro police department. 

Trump’s odd pivot to focusing on “crime” is predictable, as it comes during investigations into his personal relationship with billionaire pedophile Jefferey Epstein, and Trump’s own past allegations of sexual depravity or misconduct. 

Legal experts note that the Trump administration is opening itself up to a myriad of lawsuits by state and federal agencies whose authorities he’s just usurped.

Though for Mr. Trump, who has fumbled a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, experienced the lowest approval ratings of the decade, and lost a sizable portion of his base’s trust due to his own associations with Epstein, any distraction will be good enough.
