As we’ve stated regarding these anti-Black judiciaries, they’re on the take. 

James B. Gosnell, Jr., the Charleston County Judge who presided over the trial of Dylann Roof, was arrested by federal agents following the delivery of a search warrant thanks to his trove of child pornography that he was stashing and no doubt distributing.

Gosnell is known for saying that Dylan Roof murder of 9 innocent Black civilians in Charleston, South Carolina, “Had been through enough” and that “both families (including murder Roof’s) were in pain.”

Roof’s attorney David Bruck, who is also Jewish (so much for that “alliance”), said that Dylan was “a good kid” and gave other nonsensical gibberish for why he murdered elderly church goers.

Investigators with the Department of Homeland Security said the charge stems from a tip they received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about several financial transactions with a distributor of child sexual abuse material from the United Kingdom. The payments came from a peer-to-peer online money transfer account associated with his phone number, address and email account in November 2024, investigators said.

Gosnell was taken to Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center, the same detention center he sentenced thousands of Black people to.

His bond was denied.

Most of these judges have dirt on them that could land them in prison for decades, and that’s precisely why they don’t buck the larger state apparatus telling them to go along with these illegal rulings.

But even if this sleaze bucket didn’t have something as audacious as a boatload of child porn, he still would have gone along with the unconstitutional rulings because his racist views are protected by the state.

Modern day judges reign over the masses like nobility from the freaking medieval age. They feel safe destroying citizens’ lives because they have the backing of the state.

And Family, making sure that the administrators of white supremacy aren’t allowed to have access to judicial seats for life, or qualified immunity, or state funded security to avoid the people whose lives they’re ruining, has to be the grassroots’ next goal. The people have to fight against legislation that protects these degenerates.

Judge Gosnell was a child molesting, terrorist sympathizing, white supremacist scumbag and he deserves to spend the rest of his natural life behind bars unless his state decides to go with the death penalty. 

Once you’re in cahoots with white supremacy, there’s no retirement plan, though there may be some metamucil in the prison.
