For too long, the American government, under both Democrats and Republicans, has failed to protect Black neighborhoods from the scourge of gang violence. Instead of allowing righteous Black men to organize and cleanse our streets of these hoodlums, law enforcement targets the very brothers who stand up to defend their people.

Ain’t no secret, these streets got a sickness. Every damn week, another Black boy laid out on the pavement, another funeral full of tears instead of graduations. And who’s stoppin’ it? Not the cops. Not the politicians. They just watch, take reports, and then lock up the wrong damn people.

Every time a Black militia forms to push back against the drug dealers and killers terrorizing our communities, the police swoop in, arresting the protectors while leaving the real criminals untouched. This is no accident. The system thrives on Black suffering, keeping us dependent on a corrupt justice system that does not serve us.

Now, Donald Trump and the Republican Party claim they want Black support. If they are serious, they must stop interfering when Black men take matters into our own hands. Let us purge the gang-affiliated degenerates ourselves, without police harassment or federal obstruction.

This ain’t about politics. This ain’t about left or right. This is about survival. Black men built this country’s backbone, and we sure as hell can break the one killin’ our children.

The Nation of Islam has long warned that Black people must control our own destiny. If the government refuses to protect us, then it must step aside and let us do what is necessary. No more handcuffs on the righteous. No more excuses. Either empower Black men to restore order, or admit that you prefer our communities in chaos.

The time for talk is over. The time for action is now.
