The streets remember. The people remember. And justice real justice, will not be denied.

Daniel Penny, a white civilian vigilante, executed a public lynching in broad daylight, choking the life out of Jordan Neely, a Black man in need of help, not execution. The system failed. The courts failed. The so-called “justice” that was promised is nowhere to be found. So now, it falls to us, the disciplined, the organized, the unforgiving to deliver what the state refuses to.

This is not a call for chaos. Instead it’s a call for justice.

This is structured retribution. Black militias, community defense units, and those who refuse to let another Black life be erased without consequence, your mission is clear:

1. LOCATE. Penny is hiding, but no rat hole is deep enough. Track his movements, surveil his networks, and dismantle his protections.

2. APPREHEND. When found, he will be taken not by badge, but by the hands of those who understand true accountability.

3. JUDGE. There will be no courtroom theatrics, no bought jurors, no sympathetic media spin. The streets will decide his fate.

We do not act out of rage alone. We act because the law has spat in our faces. Because Neely’s murder was deemed acceptable. Because every day Penny walks free is another declaration that Black life is worthless.

This is war. And in war, there are only two sides: those who fight, and those who die.

Penny’s time is coming.

Prepare. Mobilize.

We will have justice for Jordan Neely. By any means necessary.
